Project Details
The Challenge
The challenge of transforming this exquisite luxury home began under not so typical circumstances. Following extensive water damage caused by a broken pipe, much of the main floor had been gutted, leaving behind a blank canvas filled with both obstacles and opportunity. With the kitchen, powder bath, entry flooring and outdated fireplace needing to be addressed, what initially presented as disarray soon revealed the potential for a refined, cohesive redesign that would update the home’s overall aesthetic, providing our clients with a more modern living space and countless new functional features.
The Vision
Our vision centered on reimagining the heart of the home, the kitchen, while ensuring seamless integration with the traditional details in adjoining spaces. The new kitchen design required a balance of sophistication and practicality to include the adjacent fireplace wall and connected living room. The powder bath plan was to keep the existing large, mirrored walls and work in visual drama perfect for a small space. The home deserved a striking and memorable entry floor design.
The Solution
The solution for the stunning new kitchen, created with both style and efficiency in mind, helped set the stage for selections in additional areas. The cabinetry was designed with functional accessories and organizational features. A buffet and display wall that connects to a cocktail area and wine fridge was added. The layout maximized every inch and created abundant storage while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. A key focal point of the remodel was the fireplace wall. It was re-envisioned as a statement feature that anchors the living space with a 70” linear fireplace and a framed tv that mimics an art piece. Balanced composition provides a sense of warmth and contemporary elegance and offers livable luxury. Tucked discreetly off the entry, the powder bath was redesigned to make a lasting impression in a compact space with interesting metallic wallpaper and convenient vanity storage. The grand entry sets the tone for the home with a redesigned and visually striking floor utilizing wood and tile in a diagonal pattern.

The result is a more functional luxury home that draws guests in to experience sophisticated comfort. From the unforgettable first impression upon entering the awe-inspiring foyer to the spacious high-end kitchen, this magnificent remodel beckons the opportunity to entertain. The adjacent built-in cocktail area elevates the experience even further, offering a dedicated, stylish space to mix, serve, and gather. Further enhancing the ambience, the adjoining room and view of the inviting fireplace create an interconnected space to relax in style and enjoy company with views of the beautifully landscaped backyard. The residence is now a seamless blend of luxury, craftsmanship, and livability—meticulously designed for discerning homeowners who value both beauty and performance in every elevated detail.
