Project Details
The Challenge
What started out as a simple consultation regarding a potential home remodel, this project grew to be a nearly 2 year adventure! The initial meeting, with a basic remodel in mind, but in realty, the home was not functional with the current layout. While on the project, we encountered a hail storm and a windstorm. These events led us to replacing the roof on the house, siding on the house, roof on the shop and repainting the shop.
The Vision
Initial plans and concepts were developed and carefully reviewed to evaluate project costs. As the process moved forward, we worked through several revisions before finalizing the construction drawings.
During the pricing phase of the renovation, the scope expanded to include a new pool house and a deck with a partial roof. With a firm deadline in place—hosting a graduation party—the homeowners asked if both projects could be completed in time.
While the timeline was ambitious, we embraced the challenge. Contracts were executed, and our team mobilized quickly to bring the vision to life.
The Solution
With the pool house and deck completed just in time for the party, we shifted our focus to the full home renovation and addition. This was a comprehensive transformation, involving both a complete remodel of the existing structure and a thoughtfully designed expansion.
Working closely with our trusted subcontractor partners and in-house team, we began by taking the home down to its framework, rebuilding it from the ground up to better suit the homeowners’ vision. From day one, the goal was clear: create a bright, open-concept layout that supports both effortless entertaining and comfortable everyday living.
The finished result delivers spacious, functional living throughout. Every bedroom now features a walk-in closet, the bathrooms are large and user-friendly, and the main living area—combining the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—offers an open, inviting environment that truly serves as the heart of the home.

What started as a dream of a pool house, new deck, whole home renovation and a new addition, turned into dreams becoming reality for our clients. Transforming a chopped up, non-functional home into a wide open entertainment space with modern updates.
